Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a construction project in Limerick. The role requires supervising finishing trades, ensuring works meet fire safety and acoustic requirements, and delivering projects to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing trades (carpentry, joinery, partitions, plastering).
• Ensure compliance with fire-rated systems and acoustic standards.
• Monitor workmanship, programme, and site safety.
• Liaise with site management, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and snagging logs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor, preferably with a carpentry/joinery background.
• Experience with fire safety and acoustic finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong team leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
