The Company

Our client is a Dublin based Tier 1 Main Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering landmark projects across Ireland. They are currently delivering a marquee commercial development in the heart of Cork City and are seeking an experienced Site Foreman with a strong background in reinforced concrete frames to join their team.

The Role

As Site Foreman, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this high-profile project. You will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and programme are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities on reinforced concrete frame works
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly adhered to
• Monitor quality control and compliance with specifications
• Report progress to the Site Manager and Project Manager
• Drive programme delivery to meet key project milestones

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on reinforced concrete frame projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and best practice
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• Relevant trade or construction qualification desirable
