Senior Contracts Manager

A leading infrastructure organization seeks an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration for major projects. This role focuses on ensuring smooth pre- and post-contract processes while driving strong contractor relationships and project delivery.​

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract compliance, tender processes, and negotiations to support project teams.
• Monitor contractor performance using key indicators and handle payments, forecasts, and disputes.
• Lead a small team, develop strategies, and promote continuous improvement in service delivery.​

Essential Experience

• 15+ years in contract management, including at least 3 years with NEC contracts.
• Proven track record in performance monitoring, claims handling, and building KPI frameworks.
• Experience leading teams and administering complex contracts in infrastructure projects.​

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management; RICS membership preferred.
• Proficiency in standard office software and contract tools
