Quality Assurance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to lead the development and management of their Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance across engineering and operational activities.
Working closely with project teams and senior leadership, you will oversee quality standards across the full project lifecycle, ensure adherence to ISO standards, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Oversee quality assurance across engineering, installation, commissioning, and project delivery.
- Lead internal and external audits, managing corrective actions and non-conformances.
- Maintain compliance registers, risk registers, and regulatory obligations.
- Support project teams with documentation, testing protocols, and commissioning records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor quality KPIs.
- Deliver quality and compliance training across the organisation.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or similar.
- 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Quality Management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO management systems and audit processes.
- Experience working within engineering, construction, building services, or technical services environments.
- Knowledge of regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical or life sciences is advantageous.
