    Product Owner - 6-Month Daily Rate Contract

    2 days onsite in Dublin city per week

    We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for a 6-month daily rate contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile environments, a deep understanding of product development and the ability to manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.

    This role requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a solid understanding of existing systems and business processes. Work closely with product and service management to conduct requirements analysis and define high-level design and solutions.
    • Collaborate with Scrum teams on story grooming, acceptance criteria development, and estimating to define scope and release plans. Ensure features are properly pipelined to optimise sprint efficiency.
    • Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritising and sequencing features based on business value, and making trade-offs as needed.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and build productive relationships across the enterprise. Coordinate usability and user experience testing throughout the release cycle.
    • Work with the team to groom stories and manage production bugs in accordance with SLAs. Review and agree on solution fitness with Product Managers.

    Skills & Experience

    Mandatory

    • Minimum of five years of experience in a Product Owner role.
    • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Skilled in agile requirements elicitation and management with keen attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage user expectations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly prioritise tasks.
    • Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience working on AI-enabled products.

    Desirable

    • Experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Experience delivering applications aimed at mobile users
