Personal Lines Client Advisor - Motor Industry

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the Insurance industry who is hiring for a Personal Lines Client Advisor who will be joining their Motor Team.

This is an excellent role for a candidate with a strong background in the motor industry that is looking for a new challenge and has already secured their APA or CIP. You will be a point of contact for incoming queries through email and phone. This is a permanent position with a base in Dublin City Centre and offers a fantastic working environment.

Location: Dublin City Centre - Hybrid Working Model

Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Handing incoming queries from customers via phone and email
• Processing client renewals and handling mid-term adjustments
• Some outbound calls to customers to confirm renewals
• Lead generation from existing customer base
• Ensuring a strict compliance with regulatory and risk control requirements
• Adhoc support to other teams as required

Key Requirements:

• Minimum APA (Personal General)
• Minimum two years personal line experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full working authorisation in Ireland
