Roles and Responsiblities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and routine improvements on equipment such as conveyors, labeling systems, mechanical lifts, refrigeration, and HVAC.
- Coordinate and perform electro-mechanical repairs on high-speed, PLC-controlled machinery, including pneumatic systems.
- Support production targets, schedule maintenance, and use the Handover procedure to relay information between shifts.
- Monitor and respond to equipment performance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with suppliers on new installations and modifications.
- Troubleshoot with PLC programs, update maintenance records, manage parts, and ensure tasks meet KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 6 Mechanical or Electrical qualification.
- Maintenance expereince in a manufacturing background if prefered.
- Right to Work in Ireland.
