The People Experience Data Management is a detail-oriented role focused on the maintenance and integrity of employee data and organizational structures within our HR systems. A key responsibility is delivering outstanding internal customer service for all people experience data management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front line support for employees when issues arise regarding team transfers, large scale organizational changes, pay impacting errors, and other key data updates within Workday that have a direct impact on accurate data alignment.
- Be the voice of the customer. Responsible for close partnership with People Technology Solutions to improve the employee experience when working with Workday or other HR Systems.
- Contribute to both internal and external Global SOX Audits. Execute sample audits as required by the SOX team to maintain compliance.
- Ensure compliance with the Global Approval Matrix, which serves as our internal control for data flow accuracy across systems and adherence to the Global SOX process.
- Ability to work seamlessly across key Centers of Excellence on behalf of the employee to ensure data integrity and accurate processing of employee impacting actions such as educational reimbursements, referral bonuses, pay differentials etc…
- Ability to work cross functionally with Compensation, People Technology Solutions and people managers throughout our org in support of our annual and semi-annual focal process. Assuming specific responsibility for performing employee data audits against bonus amounts.
- Proactively looking for and surfacing suggestions for automation and process improvement.
- Experience auditing data and a knack for troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Effectively manage a fluctuating workflow of high-priority cases.
Tools and Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing Workday and executing back-end data modifications.
- Ability to work cross functionally and within a matrixed, global organization
- Effective performance and maintaining data integrity require strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
