Title: HR Coordinator - Proogramme coordintarion (6 month Contract)
Location: Dublin City Center - Hybrid - ASAP start
Salary: €38k-€40k
Opportunity Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic HR team as a Graduate Programme Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and is passionate about supporting early career talent.
You'll play a central role in coordinating and delivering a high-impact graduate development programme. From onboarding and induction to stakeholder engagement and programme improvement, you'll ensure a seamless experience for all involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of coordinating the full cycle of a graduate programme - from pre-boarding to ongoing development and completion.
Liaise with multiple internal and external contacts to ensure timely planning and smooth delivery of training sessions, development workshops, and events.
Maintain oversight of programme timelines, communications, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Respond to queries from graduates and stakeholders, providing clear, consistent, and timely support.
Track participant engagement and gather feedback to support improvements and refinements to the programme.
Manage scheduling, communications, and logistics related to graduate activities, ensuring all moving parts stay on track.
Support the overall success of the programme by anticipating issues, resolving problems proactively, and keeping stakeholders informed.
Key Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work without compromising quality.
Strong organisational and planning skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with individuals and groups at all levels.
Self-starter who learns quickly and is able to hit the ground running.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience in coordinating graduate, early careers, or internship programmes is a strong advantage.
A genuine interest in learning and development, HR, or talent programmes.
