On behalf of our client, a leading, high-growth technology company, we are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their Enterprise Sales team in Dublin, Ireland.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll holistically manage business development within your assigned territory, with a strong focus on both direct and channel-led opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and industry events.
- Working closely with the Territory Manager, Channel Manager, and Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to expand the company's presence in the DACH market
- Taking ownership of lead generation and pipeline development, leveraging a consultative sales approach to align solutions with customer needs.
- Staying on top of market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies and provide valuable feedback to internal teams.
Key Requirements
- Full fluency in both German and English are essential.
- A proven background in sales, business development, or channel sales, with specific experience working with channel partners.
- You enjoy working as part of a small, close-knit team and have a positive, ambitious attitude.
- You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- You have a valid passport and are able to travel regularly within Europe
