    Job Description

    Reporting to the Associate Director of Client Operations, this is an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business within the financial services sector.

    You Will

    • Provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity clients, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing, and performing cash and position reconciliations.
    • Prepare portfolio pricing, ensuring all holdings are valued in line with fund documentation and valuation policies.
    • Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and allocations.
    • Prepare fee schedules, including management fee and waterfall calculations, ensuring all computations comply with fund documentation.
    • Prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle, ensuring capital transactions and P&L allocations are accurate.
    • Prepare NAV packs and other deliverables in line with service level agreements.
    • Complete ad hoc requests and project work as required.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely delivery of all requirements.
    • Prepare or support the preparation of audited financial statements, audit-related tasks, and other regulatory reporting where applicable.

    Qualifications

    • A university degree and/or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is considered an asset.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Up to 4 years of prior fund accounting experience is beneficial.
