Finance Business Partner

Our Client is a specialist in car finance solutions and is seeking a Finance Business Partner to help drive financial insight and business performance. This position plays a key role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business by delivering clear financial insights and fostering collaboration between finance and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor across departments, offering financial insights and analysis to support key initiatives.

• Provide regular financial updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Support internal planning cycles including month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Contribute to pricing processes and assist in shaping commercial frameworks.

• Enhance and document financial processes, identifying efficiencies and automation opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and system providers.

• Offer guidance and oversight on key projects and support data/reporting development.

Ideal Profile:

• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA

• Commercially minded with experience interpreting and communicating financial data.

• Previous experience with SAP, plus reporting tools and BI tools (SAP BI, Qlikview

  or similar) will be considered a very strong asset.

• Ideally, experience in using/implementing SAP CO (Controlling) module

• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools.
