The Role:
This key role combines strategic demand planning with digital-led business development to support growth. You will be crucial in translating business strategy and insights into accurate demand forecasts and identifying new opportunities using digital tools and data streams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and building data-led business cases.
- Leading relationships with Business Development Teams.
- Manage provider relationships and reporting processes.
- Maintaining and updating the prospect database, ensuring a clear pipeline using CRM tools.
- Owning and monitoring key forecast KPIs.
- Providing market, portfolio, and supply chain insights to support decision-making.
- Leading transitions for innovations, phase-ins/outs, and discontinuations with precise forecast inputs.
About You:
- Deep understanding of planning and forecasting.
- A strong communicator and collaborator, able to build trusted relationships.
- Highly motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
- Skilled in interpreting complex data and translating it into clear, actionable insights and reports.
- Analytical and commercially aware.
- Confident working with systems and technical data.
- Experienced in managing or contributing to cross-functional projects.
