What You'll Be Doing

• Develop new business opportunities
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their fleet requirements and recommend suitable leasing solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and respond to tender opportunities.
• Negotiate and close new business while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Accurately record sales activity and contribute to overall business growth.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in business development or B2B sales.
• Experience within vehicle leasing, fleet management, automotive finance, or a related industry is essential.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
