Accountant

Our client is a global leader in real estate advisory, they are currently looking to add a Qualified Accountant to the team.

This role will focus on the area's of :

Financial management and reporting

Compliance & Audit

Stakeholder & team Engagement

Operational efficiency and strategic growth

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

• Strong experience in financial reporting and management accounting, ideally within property or real estate.

• Solid understanding of VAT and tax compliance.

• Experience with service charge accounting and property management systems.

• Advanced Excel and strong general IT skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
