Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to take ownership of strategic projects that enhance efficiency, performance, and alignment with organisational goals.

In this key role, you will:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major supply chain programs
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Procurement, and IT
• Manage risk, resources, and change across multiple global projects
• Drive performance improvements through effective governance, KPIs, and continuous optimisation

What you'll bring:

• 10+ years' experience in program management within a supply chain environment
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives - ERP or integrated software projects a plus
• PMP / PgMP and/or Agile (CSM or PMI-ACP) certification
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
