About the job:

My client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, build dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions.
  
  
• Cleaning, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
  
  
• Designing and automating reports that support operations, marketing, product, and executive teams.
  
  
• Using advanced analytics techniques to deliver predictive insights and root cause analysis.
  
  
• Translating technical findings into business actions through clear storytelling and visualizations.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
  
  
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  
  
• Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  
  
• Solid Python or R skills for data wrangling and analysis.
  
  
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
