Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Azure Developer to join a high-performing team in Cork, Ireland. You'll play a key role in designing and delivering next-generation SaaS products built on Microsoft Azure, working in an agile SCRUM environment, and taking ownership of scalable, cloud-native applications.
Responsibilities

Design and deliver serverless, cloud-native SaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Build products that integrate with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related platforms.

Lead design for key components and ensure successful delivery.

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with best practices.

Contribute to microservices and RESTful API-driven web applications.

Collaborate with global agile teams and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

8+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong expertise in C#/.NET Core (PowerShell a plus).

Experience with Azure Functions, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure PaaS.

Proven background in RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud apps.

Experience with Cosmos DB, SQL, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred).

Strong understanding of agile methodologies, design principles, and modern coding standards.
Nice to Have

Frontend experience (Angular, React, or Vue).

Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, GitHub Copilot).

Scripting with PowerShell, ARM, or Terraform.

Authentication standards (OAuth/OIDC, JWT, MFA) and secure coding practices.
