    Production Supervisor -

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor with experience in the dairy industry to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy processing, knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to lead a team to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily dairy production activities, ensuring efficiency and product quality.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, FDA, and USDA regulations.
    • Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to optimize performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
    • Oversee equipment operation, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating maintenance to minimize downtime.
    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet dairy product standards.
    • Manage production schedules and workflows to meet demand while minimizing waste.
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of raw milk and other dairy ingredients.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and compliance documentation.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven experience in dairy production or food manufacturing, with knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging processes.
    • Strong understanding of dairy science, food safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
    • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse production team.
    • Familiarity with CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems, HTST (High-Temperature Short-Time) pasteurization, and other dairy processing technologies.
    • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in using production software and data analysis tools is a plus.
