Part-Time Receptionist - 6 Week Contract - Immediately required

Location: Model Farm Road, Cork

Salary: €14.35 per hour

Hours:

• Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Parking Available

We're currently looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic software company for a 6-week temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.

As the first point of contact for our European visitors and internal teams, your role is vital in creating a welcoming, professional environment. You'll support our busy office with key front-of-house duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails
• Coordinate access cards for visitors and staff
• Handle ad-hoc admin tasks and team requests
• Assist in organising internal events (e.g. ordering catering, sports & social prizes)
• Support team events and company functions
