IAM Engineer

My client is looking for an IAM Engineer, with a minimum of 4 years experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain enterprise IAM systems to ensure secure, seamless access across the organization.
  
  
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to enforce identity and access policies.
  
  
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM tools (CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, Entra ID).
  
  
• Monitor access risks and assist in audits and compliance activities.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement of IAM processes and security posture.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years supporting IAM functions in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with leading IAM tools such as CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Entra ID.
  
  
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  
  
• Proven ability to manage access governance, identity lifecycle, and privileged access management.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and security compliance.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
