Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions Specialist

Morgan McKinley are recruiting for a Global Compliance and Reporting Specialist.

This is a senior position within a leading professional services firm's Financial Accounting and Advisory team. Working closely with Partners and key stakeholders in PLCs and multinational organisations, you will provide proactive, practical solutions to complex, cross-border financial reporting challenges in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implementation of project plans, ensuring assignments are completed within budget and timeframes
• Maintain and develop key client relationships with a strong focus on service delivery
• Mentor and develop staff while leading assignments
• Utilise strong technical expertise in GAAP and IFRS for the preparation of complex financial statements
• Apply commercial awareness and strong communication skills to report writing and client advisory
• Advise senior stakeholders on technical issues: M&A, restructuring, revenue recognition, and impairment
• Responsible for development and mentoring staff
• Build trusted relationships as a key advisor to finance leaders
• Business development proposals and collaborate with global teams

What You Need:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA)
• Minimum of 2 years PQE practical experience of auditing or preparing financial statements
• Audit experience
• Project Management skills
