Cybersecurity Engineer

My client is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their organisation based in Cork. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure access controls across PAM and JITA environments
  
  
• Administer and optimize CyberArk solutions for enterprise level security
  
  
• Support AWS IAM configurations and enforce least privilege principles
  
  
• Manage identity governance and lifecycle processes within Entra ID
  
  
• Monitor, investigate, and remediate identity related security incidents
  
  
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve security posture and compliance

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or related role
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
  
  
• Hands on expertise with PAM/JITA frameworks and CyberArk administration
  
  
• Strong proficiency in AWS IAM policy creation and access management
  
  
• Experience managing identities and conditional access in Entra ID
  
  
• Solid understanding of security best practices, threat mitigation, and compliance frameworks
