We are seeking a professional, friendly and highly organised Receptionist to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring the reception and day-to-day administrative functions run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be confident dealing with people, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, customers and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, deal with enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate member of the team.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence.
- Meet and greet visitors, ensuring they are signed in and directed appropriately.
- Manage appointments, meetings and room bookings as required.
- Maintain an organised and professional reception area at all times.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the wider team.
- Assist with preparing documents, filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases.
- Order and maintain office and reception supplies where required.
- Assist with meeting preparation and provide general support to staff and visitors.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as required.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ Years of previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, administration or customer service role is desirable.

- Good IT and administrative skills.
- Experience using email, Microsoft Office and office-based systems.
- A professional telephone manner.
- A genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
