I am currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer (Grade 3) to support a busy medical team in Cork. This full time contract role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast paced healthcare environment where attention to detail really matters.

Role Details

• Location: Cork City Suburbs
• Start Date: Immediate or within one week
• Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Pay Rate: €17.04 per hour
• Contract: Full time, 3 month temporary contract (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities

• As a Clerical Officer, you'll play a vital role in
• Managing incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and post
• Processing, filing, and maintaining records in line with GDPR and internal policies
• Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing room bookings
• Preparing correspondence, reports, and other official documentation
• Updating and maintaining data across internal systems and databases
• Liaising professionally with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Supporting front desk operations, including greeting and assisting visitors
