Clerical Officer Grade 3

I am delighted to be supporting a key service on their requirement for a Grade III Clerical Officer on an initial 3 month basis with strong possibility of extension.

Location: Cork City

Hourly pay rate: €17.04

Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Mon to Fri

This role will be a varied and rewarding position and will see your daily duties involving;

· Volumizing residents files

· Use of IPIMS System for scanning in and out charts.

· Keeping records updated.

· Reception duties and telephone queries.

· Attendance and minuting of Meetings.

· Monthly reporting of Incidents

· Receipting of money
