We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the operation and delivery of business changes to HR-specific IT applications. This role involves managing HR and cloud-based applications, ensuring their efficient operation, and driving business improvements through technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the development of a high-performing IT application services team with a strong service focus.

Manage day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and problem-solving for HR and cloud applications, particularly Oracle HCM and CoreHR Payroll (PeopleXD).

Deliver system changes, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Support the development and implementation of application strategies aligned with enterprise goals.

Assist in managing the operational and annual budgeting process.

Act as an escalation point for critical application issues, ensuring resolution.

Participate in IT project teams and liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers as needed.

Provide awareness and competency of HR applications and processes across project teams.

Monitor and report on IT security risks and manage responses to incidents.

Contribute to IT continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Promote strong IT governance and adherence to industry best practices.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with key internal stakeholders, including IT teams, HR teams, project teams, and external partners.

Drive and support transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Reinforce health and safety commitments and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Perform additional duties as required to support operational and strategic goals.
Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of technical experience configuring and managing HR systems (Oracle HCM, CoreHR Payroll) preferred.

3+ years of experience with HR business processes desirable.

2+ years of experience in an IT operations role beneficial.

Relevant third-level qualification and/or accreditation desirable.

Strong leadership skills, including team management, change management, and conflict resolution.

Proven ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose and implement solutions.

Highly motivated, results-driven professional with strong attention to detail.

Adaptable and capable of adjusting focus and direction based on business needs.
