Plan, execute, and complete audits to a high standard and within agreed timelines
Take ownership of day-to-day management of client files and audit deliverables
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting, audit, and statutory requirements
Produce draft budget if required
Prepare and review financial statements, along with related tax, VAT, and PAYE documentation
Manage client communications effectively, responding to queries and building strong relationships
Monitor work in progress on all jobs within the portfolio, communicating any potential problems and write offs to the Partners or Managers on a timely basis
Plan and manage workload to meet deadlines and facilitate timely sign-off
Candidate Profile
ACA, ACCA, CPA (or equivalent) qualified
1-3 years' experience within an Irish accountancy practice
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
