Key Responsibilities:

- Managing correspondence (email, phone, post) and acting as a key point of contact
- Organising meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements
- Data entry and database management (CRM, Excel, internal systems)
- Document preparation, minute-taking, and filing
- Supporting wider teams with general administrative tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a high attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
