Salary: €50,000 - €55,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week, with potential for shift work in the future)
Annual Leave: 22 days

About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the efficiency and reliability of machinery, working in a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's growth.
This role offers variety and the opportunity to implement your ideas to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
- Optimise machinery performance to ensure maximum up-time.
- Support installations, upgrades, and decommissioning of equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
About You
- Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical and/or electrical expertise.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
