Site Engineer

Job Description

Ireland's leading builder and contractor are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join their growing team for large upcoming projects in Clonmel, Limerick or Killarney

Site Engineer - Clonmel, Limerick, Killarney, Galway

Salary & Package - €50-60k plus pension, expenses, bonus and company vehicle all depending on experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Engineer.

Duties:

• Ensure the setting out of all works are carried out ahead of sub-contractors.
• Ensure sub-contractors are given feedback on their work.
• Ensure all drawings & drawing registers are kept up to date.
• Assist the Site Manager in assuring that all documentation is signed by sub- contractors & same filed away.
• Ensure all engineering equipment is maintained and calibration is kept in date.
• Engage fully in the process of delivering within agreed timeframes.

Requirements:

• Level 8 Engineering qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
• Efficient in the use of setting out equipment i.e. Total Stations, GPS etc
• Excellent knowledge of current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
