Exciting new opportunity for a strong senior payroll specialist with a growing multinational in Co. Meath. This role is on a PART-TIME basis, reporting to the payroll manager. You will support in co-ordination the outsourced payroll.

  • PART-TIME: 5 morning/ 2-3 days per week
  • Bonus, pension

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing payrolls on an end to end basis for number of jurisdictions
  • Processing monthly and weekly payrolls, ensuring payroll deadlines are maintained with accuracy
  • Liaising with external payroll provider to ensure accurate processing and approval
  • Payroll reconciliations
  • Registering new starters and leavers
  • Managing and maintaining TMS system
  • Managing query in box from employees on salaries, BIK's pension etc
  • Ensuring accurate filing of staff payslips and pension records, death in service etc
  • Administration of relevant BIKs, bike to work, health insurance, maternity and parental leave
  • Administration of company pension scheme and filling of relevant reports, ensuring compliance standards are adhered to
  • Keeping up to date with relevant tax guidelines and ensuring revenue compliance
  • Ensuring GDPR standards on personal data are maintained
  • Project initiatives surrounding process improvements of efficient payroll processes
  • Providing accurate and timely payroll reports to revenue and HR
  • Ad-hoc reporting for finance and senior leadership team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of PAYE, USC, PRSI, BIK, ROS,
  • Good working knowledge of Defined contribution Pension Schemes
  • Familiar with UK and European payrolls
  • IPASS Qualification is required
