Job Description

Great opportunity to work with a world leading Biopharma company on an exciting new project. This client is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is a long term hourly rate contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for leading a cross functional team in conjunction with the project manager and the technical lead to support project such as: Process Validation, Product Tech Transfers, Large Productivity Initiatives, Design/Construction projects, or deployment of new technology.
  • Leading a cross functional team, creating and implementing an integrated plan.
  • Building a team, creating strong morale, fostering open dialogue.
  • Identify, propose, and support solutions for improvements within Business Processes and

    technical changes as appropriate. Utilise PM and/or six sigma methodologies as needed.

  • Proactively managing issues, proposing and implementing plans to resolve issues.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree level qualified in a related field of study.
  • 3+ years experience managing projects in the Bio/Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience leading NPI Projects would be an advantage.
  • Right to work freely in Ireland with no Visa restrictions.
