Our client, a leading food ingredient company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join its team in Kilkenny.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and channel partner relationships in the food industry.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy in collaboration with ingredient category managers.
- Achieve and exceed short-term and long-term business targets.
- Represent the customer and the company during contract negotiations.
- Build a strong network of external contacts to drive strategic growth.
- Coordinate with internal functions to provide excellent customer service.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and sales growth.
- Gather and analyse market intelligence and competitive data.
- Drive growth through partnerships, investments, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Ensure consistency and collaboration across sales channels and functions.
- Focus on delivering commercial excellence in line with strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in the food industry.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
