The successful candidate will be responsible for Technical Support, Service Restorations, Service Requests. Resolving all issues for users to maximize system performance. As such ideal candidate is Tech savvy with excellent business management/people skills.
Improve users confidence/Knowledge in areas of Computer Hardware &Software application.
Implement & Improve processes & Procedures with the Team/Department. Allowing more efficient procedures.
Actively troubleshoot to identify, assess, record, resolve OR escalate incidents & service requests ensuring they are handled within an agreed time limit.
The first point of contact, deliver support via the service desk & receive requests from various routes including Telephone & emails
Update Incidents with relevant information.
Provide detailed updates to customers regarding incidents & all queries.
Escalate when necessary according to the escalation process.
Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
Deliver excellent customer service meeting all inquiries timely & efficiently.
Third level degree - Technical/ComputerScience is advantageous.
1-2 years of experience in Service Desk/ Tech support or technical related customer service roles
Able to work in rotational shifts.
Excellent knowledge of applications like MS Outlook, MS excel etc.
Good Knowledge of It products, services & terminology.
A keen eye for Detail, Excellent Organizational & time management.
Able to work both individually & as part of a team.
