We're looking to engage with high performing Training and Change Management professionals to support complex change management initiatives in a Global organisation currently rolling out SAP S4 HANA as part of a major business transformation.

The successful candidate will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a Training and Change Management role.
This role is responsible for development and administration of training programmes for the business divisions and employees. The role will continually assess training and development needs for employees, help individuals and groups develop process skills and knowledge. You'll deliver process workshops to each business area and monitor training to assess effectiveness.
Additionally, the role will support all change related activities on the programme from impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and communications through to end user training and business adoption.
The Training and change lead will support the Head of Change Management and Training in creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance to change.
Certification in Change Management is a preferred requirement while a project management certification would be desirable.
