Role: Quality Analyst
Duration: 7 months
Our client, a highly reputable Global company is currently seeking a Quality Analyst located in Dublin to support the day-to-day activities of the internal Appeals & Escalations Quality program.
This is a great opportunity to further your career and gain new skills. The Analyst will lead by example and set the high bar standard for Quality across the Appeals & Escalations team and CS organisation.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have worked in a Sales, Tech or Social Media environment who have liaised with multiple stakeholders both internal customer service team members and external customers.
Conduct regular software audits
Maintain working knowledge of quality standards
Develop and perform quality test processes
Make recommendations for repairing defects
Create, review and refine user experience documents
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met
Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
Evaluate large data amounts from different sources and develop useful summary reports
Fluent in English plus Spanish and/or French required
Experience using NICE Quality Central software
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Written and verbal communication
Knowledge of Google suite, including sheets
Customer Service Quality Assurance experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred
