Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator who wants to jump in head-first and help scale a mission-driven company experiencing rapid growth.
Reporting to the Executive Programme Manager the purpose of the role is to produce and manage the weekly reporting packs required to inform the business of progress across the deployment areas, including the administration of the weekly management team meeting. The inputs to these reporting packs will be provided by the responsible team members including the individual Business Unit Managers, their Teams and any supporting dependencies/workstreams. This role requires a hands-on approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadlines with a pragmatic approach.
Timely collation and management of reports for relevant stakeholders
Timely gathering and dissemination of relevant information associated with project deliverables and workstream(s)
Proactively manage stakeholders
Knowledge & Experience:
3+ years project administration support experience
Strong computer skills including expert use of Microsoft Office 365 - specifically PowerPoint for data presentation
Detail oriented and delivery focused
Appreciation/ understanding for project management methodology an advantage
Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks in a fast paced deadline oriented environment
Strong team player
Interest and aptitude for using new software applications
Ability to generate reports from Microsoft Power BI an advantage
