Morgan McKinley has partnered with one of Irelands fastest rising sheet metal fabricators to find an experienced Press Brake operator who has skills and knowledge on the set up and operating of a press brake machine as well as an ability to interpret and adapt drawings when necessary.

• Daily Machinery Mastery: Your day starts with a thorough check and maintenance routine to keep our cutting-edge machinery in peak condition.
• Precision is Key: You'll meticulously inspect, and measure finished products, ensuring they match the specifications outlined in the drawings.
• Setting the Standard: Take the lead in configuring all machine functions, expertly deburring and inspecting parts to guarantee conformance to quality standards.
• Clean Machines, Clean Work: Maintain the cleanliness of the machines, fostering a tidy and efficient work environment.
• Drawing Insights: Your ability to read and understand design specs and parts drawings is crucial to your role.
• Organization Excellence: Keep your work area organized both before and after processing parts, and ensure finished products are labeled and tagged correctly.
• Versatility Matters: Be prepared to step into other roles as assigned by management and bring your forklift experience to the table.

Requirements:

• Proven Press Brake Prowess: You've got a track record that demonstrates your expertise as a Press Brake operator.
• Machine Mastery: Your skills in operating Press Brake machinery and utilizing tooling are second to none.
• Blueprint Savvy: You can read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings like a pro.
• Self-Starter: You thrive with minimal supervision, taking initiative to get the job done right.
• Attention to Detail: Your sharp eye for detail and commitment to results drive your approach to work.
• Team Player: Collaboration is key, and you're a strong team player who enhances the collective effort.
• Experience Counts: With a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, you know the ins and outs of this industry.
• Safety First: Hold a manual handling certificate to ensure safety on the job.

Rewards:

Your wages will be commensurate with your years of experience, with a competitive salary ranging from €32,000 - €37,000. We offer a full-time position, and the schedule includes 8-hour shifts with loads of opportunities for premium overtime pay.
