Job Description

Pension Broker Support | Ireland | Permanent An Opportunity has come up to Join a higher reputable Insurance company within their Life and Pensions administration Team

The purpose of this role is to independently manage a portfolio of clients in relation to their insured group pension benefits

The Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in regards to insured group benefits
  • First Point of contact for the client in response to group pension queries
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholder including Life companies, clients, consultants ecy
  • Processing insured group pension annual renewals from pre-renewal to issuing final renewal documentation (Annual Member Benefit Statements & Trustee Annual Report)
  • Leasing with Client and companies on numerous different request and processing same
  • Processing death claims & liaising with the group risk administrator where required
  • Ensuring regulatory requirements, compliance deadlines and service level agreements are adhered to throughout daily processes

Requirements:

  • QFA qualified
  • Experience of pension renewals is essential
  • Be able to work with all levels of personnel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work under time pressures
  • Good attention to detail
