Job Description

Excellent opportunity for an experience Payroll Specialist to join progressive business in Dublin. This is a 6 months contract with the view to permanency for the right candidate.

This is an amazing opportunity to join well-known business in Dublin. You will be working in a very fast-paced environment where you can utilise your management and leadership skills. This role requires an excellent candidate who is ready to step into the role immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of monthly payroll.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures during completing payroll are adhere to
  • Preparation of payroll reports (including pension, VHI, Bike to work scheme)
  • Completing payroll adjustments (joiners, leavers, maternity leave, parental leave)
  • Maintaining all the records on Micropay
  • Payroll Revenue submissions
  • Processing the P30 on a monthly basis and all other ROS reports.
  • Dealing with any payroll related queries.
  • Working closely with HR department to ensure all KPI's are delivered and any issues resolved.

Requirements:

  • IPASS Qualification.
  • Previous experience in Finance / Revenue
  • Recent experience of high volume payroll processing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Management experience essential
  • A detailed knowledge of Paye As You Earn (including Benefits In Kind) and PRSI/NI
  • Familiarity with Revenue's Online Service and bank transfer processes,
  • Experience with payroll systems e.g. Sage Micropay, STAR and Microsoft office skills
