Job Description

Fantastic hybrid opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading Insurance company based in South Dublin. You will be joining the HR & Payroll team reporting directly to the HR & Payroll Manage

  • 12 Month Contact initially
  • Salary: €40,000 - €45,000
  • Flexible hybrid model - 2 days in office per week

Responsibilities

  • Processing end to end payroll in a high-volume environment
  • Efficiently managing up to 7 payrolls and being to point of contact for any queries
  • Performing tax calculations
  • Managing BIK processes and addressing any issues that arise
  • Issuing payslips to employees
  • Sending payroll information to business leaders upon request
  • Assisting the HR team when required
  • Working as part of the payroll team and provide advice to employees/management

Key Skills/Qualification

  • At least 2-3 years payroll experience
  • In-house payroll experience is an advantage
  • IPASS qualified
  • Experience working end to end payrolls
