This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager with Financial Services Marketing experience to join a leading company based in Dublin

Role: Marketing Communications Manager

Duration: 18 months

Location: Dublin

Salary: Competitive

This leading Financial Services company is looking to expand their team and an experienced Marketing Communications Manager. The successful candidate will lead the development of a targeted customer acquisition marketing communications strategy to drive brand consideration and preference in the market. You will have experience in strategic insight, planning as well as hands on implementation to deliver marketing communications that elevate brand and drive customer growth and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning, development and delivery of an integrated customer acquisition marketing communications plan that drives income growth for the business.

  • Be customer focussed leveraging segmentation, insight and key drivers of trust to develop compelling marketing communications aligned to a defined customer acquisition strategy.

  • Lead and manage a customer contact plan and implementation to attract, on-board and grow the customer base.

  • Senior stakeholder management and engagement.

  • Agency management; ensuring the delivery of compelling campaigns.

  • Responsible for full channel and go to market planning and implementation across all activity.

  • Manage a direct report.

  • Ensure the marketing strategy and all communications are compliant with the company's regulations.

Requirements:

  • Essential to have a degree in Marketing or other business related third level qualification.

  • 5+ years Financial services marketing or other large regulated organisation (utilities, telco).

  • 3+ years people management experience

  • Exceptional marketing and commercial acumen and budget management skills.

  • Proven excellence in stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills to drive the strategic marketing agenda with effective decision making and accountability.

  • Demonstrable communications writing and editorial skills across customer facing and regulatory communications.

  • A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
