To prepare and complete grant agreements and ancillary documents on behalf of the organisation to give legal and administrative effect to the various approvals and decisions taken under the agency's incentive programmes ensuring compliance with State aid rules, applicable domestic legislation and agency policies.
To draft and negotiate grant agreements and ancillary documents associated with the agency's incentive programmes in-line with legal guidelines and agency policies and procedures;
To provide accurate and timely advice to colleagues on the agency grant agreements and ancillary documents, applicable domestic legislation, State aid rules and agency's delegated powers;
To guide client companies though pro-forma agreements;
To liaise with external solicitors representing the agency and those representing client companies;
To administer the agecncy's grant revocation processes;
To support colleagues in their dealings with clients;
To support the Secretariat team;
To keep updated on all relevant matters of State aid rules, applicable domestic legislation and agency policies and procedures;
To assist in maintaining the Department's Management Information System;
To ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process;

Rising by long service increments to €66,119 (after 3 years satisfactory service at the maximum of the range).
