Leasing Operations Administrator
We are working in collaboration with a leading automotive financial services provider in Europe, dedicated to supporting sales for a major automotive group and its various brands. We are seeking a Leasing Operations Administrator to join our client's team. Reporting to the Fleet & Claims Operations Manager, the chosen candidate will oversee daily operations within the leasing operations team.
- Create contracts to support new business proposals.
- Review and activate Motor Finance agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like AML and the RBO process.
- Maintain direct communication with customers, offering proactive assistance.
- Handle administrative tasks, including fuel card management, toll tag orders, and road tax payments.
- Generate customized customer reports and provide Fleet Support.
- Assist dealers and account managers with leasing inquiries.
- Contribute to future product and business development efforts as required.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer-focused communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying proactivity and adaptability in dynamic situations while maintaining control.
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the role.
- Proficient in keyboard usage and possess excellent data-entry skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Leasing experience is a plus.
- Motor trade experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
