Job Description

New opportunity for an Inbound Supply Chain Specialist to join a growing engineering company. This is a 4 month contract role based in Dublin City Centre.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support ensuring everyday matters are handled without any issues.
  • Help coordinate and implement procedures and oversee certain tasks and projects .
  • Work with and support team members to ensure system data integrity related to purchase orders and shipments is up to date and accurate.
  • Data Entry tasks
  • Supporting Management and Inbound Specials with daily reporting requirements.
  • Preparing KPI backing data.
  • Preparing reports in a timely manner for management team.

Key requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of ERP systems an advantage.
  • Experience in Excel essential - Formatting, Formulas, Pivots, V look Up
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, Power BI an advantage
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good general business acumen with supply chain/freight knowledge an advantage.
  • Enthusiasm for role and demonstrate initiative.
