Job Description

Hiring for HR Data Analyst with advance knowledge into Tableau. HR Data Analyst will support the business as usual reporting activities of the HR Data and Technology team

About Role -

As HR Data Analyst applicant will support the business as usual reporting activities of the HR Data and
Technology team including but not limited to: running standard and value add MI reports, managing
the reporting and metrics mailboxes, producing dashboards, conducting data validation checks for
the SAP WorkForce Analytics system refreshes, supporting with system access reviews and
maintaining documentation such as process reviews and compliance documentation.

As HR Data Analyst applicant will also provide support to the Team Lead with the integration of a new
reporting tool: Tableau Online. Your responsibilities in supporting the project will include:
completing report data validation, creating process documents to support with training colleagues
on the new reporting tool, working with the Team Lead and supplier on troubleshooting issues,
attending stakeholder meetings involving the supplier and other key partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the integration of a HR critical new reporting tool: Tableau Online.
  • Complete data validation and troubleshoot anomalies
  • Create supporting documentation, for example self-service guides, among others
  • Ensure accurate documentation is in place and maintained to describe source data for reports and dashboards
  • Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data in reports you produce
  • Comply with all Data Protection Regulations relating to information, extending to data and analytics
  • Ensure all risks in respect of the provision of data have been identified and updated to the HR Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Register, together with suitable controls to protect the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data
  • Support data governance processes
  • Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customised HR reports
  • Perform system access reviews
  • Coordinate the Value-Add HR report requests mailbox and complete requests within service

Requirements:
Essential

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in Tableau
  • High proficiency in Excel is critical to the delivery of the responsibilities of the role
  • Excellent problem solving skills, offering solutions with supporting data
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail with ability to spot anomalies and investigate them
  • Multi-functional teamwork and collaboration skills are integral to the position
  • Ability to deliver on time, and to tight deadlines while managing conflicting priorities
  • High standards and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the team's ability to produce insights and best practice
  • Ability to produce high quality visualisation (charts, graphs and tables)
