Urgently seeking a HR Administrator who is immediately available to go on site for temporary contract work.
- Recording sick leave and filing sick certs
- Liaising with social welfare
- Assisting with pension set up
- Managing and distributing post
- Generating ID cards for staff & visitors
- HR reporting and absence reports
- Previous experience in a HR Administrator role
- HR qualification is not required but would be beneficial
- Experience with TMS and Workday systems would be advantageous
- Good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
37.50 hour week
Working 8.30 -5.00pm or 8.00 -.4.30pm
