Job Description

Brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to join a growing telecommunications group in South Dublin. (Hybrid Working Model)

As the successful applicant you will work closely with the finance manager responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the finance function. This is an ideal role for a practice trained accountant looking to make their first move into industry.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts and all relevant journals.
• Reconciliations and maintenance of key control accounts for Operators and Affiliate commissions
• Fixed asset and inventory control
• Agree intercompany balances at month end.
• Managing compliance, audit and taxation requirements for our legal entities based in Ireland and the UK.
• Ensure all financial controls and procedures are met and improved where required.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as requested by the Head of Finance & Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong MS Office skills and General IT knowledge
• Experienced in reconciliations & comfortable with reviewing large datasets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
