EMEA Site Merchandiser Specialist

The EMEA-LATAM (Europe, Middle East and Africa - Latin America) Site Merchandising team encompasses a range of people from experienced professionals to recent graduates. The 16-person EMEA-LATAM Site team is spread over multiple locations (UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Denmark, Netherlands and Mexico City). This role is based in Dublin.

Responsibilities

The Site Merchandiser Specialist will be principally working with the EMEA Surface Category Merchandising team but could also shift the support to Regional Merchandising teams if required. There will be an emphasis on planning and driving bulk page updates, attach, and analysis, but all aspects of Merchandising are in-scope with the goal of turning our Customers into Fans.

  • Coordinating Store updates with EMEA Digital Stores team, other members of the Site Merchandising team and other key stakeholders including global Category Managers and Site Experimentation leads.
  • Executing category and product page updates through submission of Azure Dev Ops tasks with excellent attention to detail.
  • Promo submission, launch and teardown planning.
  • Coordinating and planning project execution with relevant stakeholders - particularly with the EMEA Category Management team, Online Sales Managers, Buyers, Global Launch Team, and other Merchandisers.
  • Analysing the effect of different initiatives, drawing appropriate conclusions, and clearly communicating the results.
  • Planning and analysing the impact of changes and optimizations.
  • Managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ensuring a quality customer experience, particularly during product launches, while focusing on project goals and delivery dates.
  • Providing clear communication to stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential

  • Experience in merchandising.
  • 2-3 years experience in Merch
  • Experience working in e-commerce / online marketing.
  • Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-starter and a proactive problem solver with a drive to achieve results.

Preferred

  • Analytical or mathematical background.
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment.
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Degree in this field.
